Doesn’t a juicy barbecue grilled Rib Eye steak sounds great for dinner tonight? Yum!
Try this recipe out for a unique mouth-watering taste!
First, you need a few ingredients:
- Rib Eye Steaks
- large sweet onion
- diced celery and scallions
- garlic clove
- butter/margarine
- salt and pepper
Place the steak directly on the heat and sear one minute per side to seal in the juices.
Take them off of the direct heat and put them off to the side where there is no direct heat to finish cooking them.
Make sure the lid is down on your grill to hold the heat in and finish cooking the meat.
While the meat is cooking, you can place a pan on the other side of the grill and add butter/margarine and cook sliced sweet onions for about a minute per side. Take off the grill.
When the steaks are close to being done, put the pan back on the other side of the grill and add butter/margarine and brown scallions, celery, and garlic and cook about a minute.
Pick up the steak and place it in the pan and put the garlic, scallion, and celery mixture over the top and let it cook a bit longer.
Add previously cooked sweet onions, and you are ready to dig into that juicy, delicious Rib Eye Steak!
